A newbie at 17st 7lbs!!!

Hello everyone...really need help! Starting Slimming World Green plan today, doing it online as I moved to Italy 8 years ago and don't have slimming clubs here...really desperate...balloned up to 17st 7 and feeling awful...everything I wear is mega tight...need losts of support as I am alone over here!!! :wave_cry:

Hi suzy, welcome I am a newbie too started last week at the same weight as you, so I know how you feel. You should post in the 17s to 16s thread lots of friendly people and so supportive.

Hiya and thank you for replying..yes rather daunting the journey ahead...well done on your weight loss!!! I can't wait to start seeing the numbers go down!!!

thats exactly where im at i know this works i jus need to get my mind focused !!!! i do mostly green days im not veggie but not a great meat eater
