I'm feeling rubbish this week. Life is a bit stressful I currently have a toddler waking up to 6 times in the night. My dad is ill with a heart problem and has been in hosp a lot last time was fri and he ended up staying in and getting a blood transfusion. I'm self employed and due to all this my work is backing up and I am feeling the pressure!
Anyway I feel like I have failed this week. I'm only on week two and really want to lose something but I had curry the other night -I did weight out the rice and only had half the chicken but it was in a creamy coconut sauce. Fri I didn't eat as feeling stressed so hoping that helped. Last night went out with friend and had chilli and cream mussels then a meringue.

Do you think I have failed this week will I lose nothing?? I only have two days till weigh day

NO!NO!NO!

Firstly, I know exactly how you feel. My daughter aged 32 died 2 years ago. We had been her carers for those 32 years and had our fair share of sleepless nights. My mum is in hospital following a stroke, in a coma and unlikely to recover... mind you she is in her 90's IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL THIS!!! we are trying to decorate prior to moving to somewhere smaller now we are just a couple of OAP's.
Don't be so hard on yourself. Eat sensibly, don't weigh for a while, don't put any more pressure on yourself and just take 1 day at a time. The diet will still be here when you feel the time is right and if you just eat sensibly (with the odd treat here and there) the damage will soon be undone.
