should i go for it?

hello all you lovely slimmers out there!
in july i followed exante for a month and ive kept all that weight off.
i just went to reorder when i came across slim and save has anyone done both? will i get the same result? im just a bit worried as when doing exante there were no meals so im worrying does it work the same ,better or worse

You can do s&s like exantes total solution. The losses seem very similar on both from looking around. I did Exante for a month last year x
