Half term has taken it's toll

I have been trying so hard to stick with this diet but it is half term, routines are shot through and my girls are constantly snacking.
I haven't fallen off the wagon but I think I may have stalled it because of my fridge raiding for protein, mainly cheese.
Luckily I am in ketosis but I am reluctant about wi on Monday because of my extras.
I'm not keen on going back to work but I need the routine to keep out of the kitchen.
 
I bet you've done better than you expect but even if you haven't once you get back to work and get back to your normal routine you will get back on track. I've got a week off the week after next but whilst I'm looking forward to the week off I know it will be hard on the diet front. I just keep telling myself that it's not a race, it's a journey.
