Has anyone else discovered the winter soups yet? I've switched from my salads and am experimenting with different ones now.

My favourite was curried butternut squash: 1 bns, about 3 small onions, 1 garlic clove and some salt and pepper all boiled in just enough water with some veg stock for about 30 minutes. Then 2 tsps curry powder and into the liquidiser till its smooth. Yummy Yummy!! I have it with a granary roll then for 3 pp to bulk it out a little.

I have just discovered though, cauliflower soup!! 1 cauliflower (currently bogof in Tesco!!), 3 small onions, a garlic clove and boiled in veg stock. Then liquidised. Amazing!! I also sprinkled some cheese sauce powder in, but didn't weigh for points, but the hint of cheese tasted nice!!

Anyone have any good recipes for zero point soup??

The cauliflower soup sounds yum, might have to give that a try. I tend normally go go for the curried BNS soup as well I love it, but fancy a change too.
