Nescafe Decaff Cappuccino

Hi,

Does anyone know the syn values of these small pouches they come in a box of ten.

I Love coffee like that and find them really filling but need to know syn values so I dont over do it.....

3 syns isn't too bad if they fill you up! Most low cal hot chocolate is 2 syns so not that different.....
