Freezing quiches?

Hi all,
I made some mini (fairycake-sized) quiches last night using quark, eggs, tinned tuna & herbs. They are yummy - and will be polished off by the end of today!

Does anyone know if I were to make a huge batch of these, would they be ok to be frozen, and do they come out the same after defrosting?
Many thanks x

I found a recipe on the recipes thread but I can't remember where!

Anyway, I used 1 tub of quark, which I think is 250g, 4 eggs, a drained tin of tuna and then herbs & black pepper. I beat the eggs first, then mashed in the quark (it looks awful to start off with), then added the tuna and seasonings. Put it all into a 12-cup bun tin and cooked them for about 20 mins at about 180C (I think).
Think I'm going to try ones with cooked chicken next - and then some with protein and veg next week on Cruise.
