M babysitting my cousin for a fewdays i stupidly thought il have one slice of toast for a treat with light butter well ine turned to two turned to five ooopsie!!

So glad i stopped the xen on monday n got non with me

Oh dear Lea it was bound to happen, the temptation food being there & no xen, I'd have done exactly the same!!!! Just straight back on it Sunday xx

It's only when we go back to eating how we used to that we realise how much better our diet Is now and how much 'cleaner' our bodies feel
