Well to this forum, I have been on the SW one before, I am calorie counting using MFP which I have been finding a godsend, I am on between 120 & 1400 calories a day. MFP reckons I could have as many as 1550 but that worries me that I won't have decent losses on that many.
Just been having a quick look at posts & there are some amazing losses on here, makes me think I can do it this time x
