Back on xenical

Hi,

I have just been back to the docs to see if I could go back on xenical and she gave me a two month supply.

I haven't taken it for over a year and I was pleased to find that I still weigh the same as the last time the doc weighed me.

I used to use this forum too under the name of syanna but I couldn't remember my log in details!!

Anyway, that's me and hope to get to know you all.

Been for my weekly weight watchers meeting and i have lost 1 lb this week. Today is my first day back on the xenical so hopefully i will get a good loss next friday.

Maintaining your weight loss is great news. What changes to your life-diet, exercise etc to help you maintain?
