Week 15 and 50lbs gone!!

So, the title says it all really, I have now lost 50lbs in 15 weeks. Not long to go and I will have a normal BMI. My tracker is to get me down to 10 stone, however ideally I would prefer to be around 9-91/2. The way things are going I should easily achieve this by chrimbo.

I feel so much more confident, I am still wearing baggy jumpers, but this is only because I refuse to keep buying clothes at the rate I am loosing. I already have all my clothes when I get to 10 stone and lower from the last time.

I have had a few cheats, mainly low carb cheats, and only once, last week actually did I have a meal out, starter, main and sweet where I ate exactly what I wanted. I haven't had alcohol, not even 1 for nearly 4 months, the last time that happened was a very very long time ago, so that has to be a good thing (although, I can assure you I will be drinking again when I come of this diet lol).

As some of you may be aware i lost 6 stone on Atkins, was diagnosed with MS and had quite a few courses of steroids, I had mainted my weight loss with Atkins for over 12 months before I went on steroids. I was seriously annoid, I had always been a 'big' girl, and I tried very hard and suceeded to loose 6 stone on Atkins in 8 months. The task of doing it all again with CD was very very hard, but I am nearly there, I have told all my doctors that I will never have steroids again, I don't care how 'ill' i get, there will be an alternative.

Anyway, I am waffling on now, I just wanted to say I am dam proud of myself!!
