which cereal bars can u have as a hexb?

i would check the label on the back and if they match whats on the other 2 then it would be the same ammount of syns therefore u could have them? sorry iim not much help hun xx

No that is not right - it is not about the syns but the fibre

There are

Weetabix Oaty Bar - 1
Kelloggs Fibre Plus- 1
Aldi less than 70 calories - 2

There are also a few sainsbury own brand ones as well I think
