To make it easier on myself I only have potatoes, rice pasta etc on a Green day, no meat as a HE or a syn, on a Red day i'll only have meat & veg no potatoes, pasta etc as a HE or a syn and if I do EE I have to limit my carbs as I could eat these til they're coming out my ears!! This is just how I do it saves me lots of time checking out syns and pondering over what to have to eat!
Unless you use meat as a healthy extra ( which you can't for sausages) all meat is synned as 1 syn for 20 cals. I quite often use syns for the ww sausages as i loove sausage pasta
