Hi All,
I joined up yesterday as I have started the CWP. I am British and live in Singapore. I was amazed to find they do this diet here and never tried it before.
My diet started last week with being on 1500 cals which included one shake then this week is 1200 cals which includes 2 shakes. The plan being that from next week I'm on the three shakes and SS.
Is this phasing in usual? To be honest the last couple of days have been rough and think this is how I will be on SS anyway even though I'm on 1200 cals now!
I wonder if it is because I'm trying to limit the food to the actual end of the day (trying to prepare myself for shakes for the most of the day) and not necessarily eating the 1200 cals.
Any thoughts?
