Can you have sugar free chewing gum on Management?

Was wondering whether you can have sugar free gum on management, I've always chewed it and still miss it x​

I am doing CD but I have chewed sugarfree Trident splash all the time...addicted and it hasn't affected my weightloss at all. It helps me get throu the day...
