Cruise PV I am CRUISING....(advice Plz)

Hi guys just to let you know that after my attack period of 9 days i lost an incredible 12.5lbs, i am so so pleased.

Today i started cruise, can someone please just double check this for me as i want to make sure i am on the same page!!!

B= 2 tbsp oatbran with skimmed milk(porridge)

L= 2egg omlette with a little milk, mushrooms chives and 1 slice of ham chopped up

D= 2 x chicken breasts with diet coke sauce (like bbq but dukan friendly), a good size portion of mixed veg incl, carrot, broccoli and cauliflower.

I will have some total 0% yogurt later with sweetener and flavouring.

1,5L of water

45 Min walk, (plus i do lots of walking at work)

Does this sound ok as a PV day???

My only comment would be the ham as it was a no no when I was doing the diet but maybe it has changed.

Well done on the massive loss, you must be thrilled.
 
Sounds good, I tend to avoid carrots as there are so many other vegetables that I like that are lower carb but as long as you don't go mad you'll be fine!! Make sure you have plenty of leafy veg too so maybe next time salad leaves with the omelette - this helps a LOT with any transit issues!! Well done with your attack.
