Hi all,

I would very much appreciate your advice on Lipotrim.

I am 5'4'' and 11st 11lbs and would like to return to 10st and size 12. I have been going to gym classes 3 times a week and eating healthily but I cannot shift the weight.

I can block out 5.5 weeks from 8th November to 16th December. What are my realistic chances of losing weight in this given period? Should I do TFR for 3 weeks and refeed for 2 or TFR for 4 weeks and refeed for 1?

Your advice would be gratefully received.

Thank you in advance!

I'd do TFR for as long as possible... 4 and a half weeks then 1 week re-feed.... Just my opinion!! : ) x

Dee you look tiny!!!!!!!!!! Sorry to butt in but wowsers!!!! Xxx

I'd agree with everyone else.do TFR as long as possible and then one week refeed!

Hun, personally I'd do lipotrim for 4 weeks and refeed for 1. People who refeed for 2 weeks have generally been on the programme for 6 months + and lost a considerable amount of body weight. You only have 25lbs to lose which is fantastic. I lost 22lbs in my first 4weeks so you could easily be at goal in your time slot.

Let us know how you get on!!! :)

Dee you will SO get there, I have never met anyone so determined! There is considerable difference from what I can see. When you're at goal you will have to post some full body shots sexy lady! Xx

Aww thanks chick!!! I'm getting there!!! So excited.... As the weight goes down.... My confidence grows!!! Its an amazing feeling isn't it???

I dont think you realise how unhappy your weight actually makes you!!! x

Oh definitely! Loosing what I have has changed my whole life. I don't look at the floor when I go out anymore and I have no problems stripping off infront of my boyfriend!! Think a trip to Ann Summers for some sexy undies is in order!! Xx

Haha thanks Roxyreds!! He certainly is!! He is on lipotrim too and lost 3stone so far!! So both looking fantastic! I might book in a photo session in December when we're both at goal and have some lovely pictures taken together :) Xxx

That is such a brilliant idea! Its also something to keep you motivated as well! xx

Thanks to all for your replies! Your advice is very consistent with one another so I will definitely do as you all suggest. I will be starting on 8th November so I'm looking forward to logging on here for more support as your success stories are v inspiring! I can't believe how well you are all doing on this diet and how much will power you all have. As a newbie on here I'm finding the site a bit difficult i.e. where to find my thread and how to set up a weight tracker etc. If anyone has time to explain I would be grateful.

Thanks again to you all, 8th Nov here I come! NB x

oooh....forgot to ask a vital question! Which flavours do you recommend? As you have been on the diet for so long, there must be flavours that are enjoyable/bearable! Please let me know! Thanks so much, NB x

Its all a matter of taste. I prefer the vanilla and chocolate shakes, the chicken soup and the peanut flapjacks although most people would rather cut out their tongues rather than eat the flap jacks ha!ha!

I prefer the strawberry, chocolate and the chicken soup shakes. Good luck when you start TFR. This forum is great for support and its really nice to see how everyone is getting on too :)

If you go to...

Graphical Tickers and Trackers: Weight Loss, Trying To Conceive, Pregnancy...

And pick a weight loss ticker... it will literally take you through the steps hun!!!

Then you use the top code (The one thats says for 'boards'

And then put that in your signature.... which is under your 'user cp' on main page! x

I like the sweet ones....

The flapjacks are not very popular lol... and i personally don't like the chicken soup!!! But maybe ask the pharmacist if you get a selection can you swap back the ones you don't like!! Some let you!!! x

Cheers ladies, I would be more sweet than savoury so the chocolate and strawberry sound good. Is it poss to have the chocolate ones warm?
