500g lean mince to make meatballs
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
150 g Philadelphia extra Light
2 tsp wholegrain mustard
approx. 75ml beef stock
1 tbsp chopped parsley, optional


serve with pasta
 
On Extra Easy:

500g lean mince - lean beef mince:
< 12% fat, 100g raw 12½
<20% fat, 32½

(If you used Extra lean ie <5% fat it would be Free)

Onion - Free
Garlic - Free
150 g Philadelphia extra Light = 9 syns
2 tsp wholegrain mustard = 1 syn
beef stock = Free
parsley = Free
