Does anyone know the syns for one slice of Mr Kipling Rasberry Ripple Slice and Weight Watchers Coconut Slice

If its the 31g raspberry ripple slice its 6 and half syns on all days. The 26g WW coconut slices are 4 syns each on all days

Just look at the calories, no free food so 1 syn for every 20 calories
