Ainsley Harriot couscous

I've got a packet of the spice sensation couscous for lunch. It's already made up and ready to eat. I know it's 1/2 syns per 100g made up but does anyone know the syns for the whole pack?

When made it it is normally about three times the dry weight so that would be 1.5 syns
