Whats on your list and syn value?

What's a mug shot? (Please forgive me, I'm American, and not always familiar with the various brands, etc).

Also, how many syns are the WW tortilla chips?

Thanks,
Sarah

mug shots are packets of pasta - they are a snack - you put the dried pasta into a cup, pour in boiling water.. eat 5 mins later..

they are very very filling and only contain 1/2 sin.. they are mentioned alot on the boards but we find them hard to find in Ireland (well i do)

20 cal = 1 syn
83 cal = 4.5 syns (better to go higher than lower)
i crave tortillas as love them.. this is a quick fix..

Hi I am in Ireland too and just started slimming world. It seems like a great plan and I am enjoying it already. I dont have a lot to add to your list yet tobeskinny but I will add to this thread when I come across new finds! Thanks for the list going to try and source some fat free yogurt and fromage frais over the weekend.
Jacobs elite chocolate tea cakes are 5 syns and to me anyway are worth it!

Mugshots are available in Eurospar's - also, the tomato and herb, chicken, roast chicken and spicy sweet and sour are free! Haven't been able to get then in Tesco for a long time.

If you live in Dublin, the Meat Factory in Ballymount works with Slimming World and anything with a green dot is slimming world friendly(he does a 99% fat free mince!!)

Also - if you get sick of Muller lights, activia FF yoghurts are free(except the peach, that's 1/2 syn) also some of the Aldi and Lidl ones are free too. Also, Aldi have their own version of mugshots and two of them are free

Apparently M&S do low fat sausages at 1 syn each... I've yet to confirm this in my local store though.

Some of the yogurts in Aldi are free also... I'll check my food directory for the right ones.

Holland & Barrett do the scan bran, which are great for making SW ferrero roche.

Hi there, silly question I'm sure but what exactly is scan bran?? I've seen so many recipes including it but i haven't a notion what it is or whether its nice? :(
