day 3... WOW!

hey guys,
well i am on day 3, ketostix finally tell me that i am in ketosis, so i guess it will get easier from now on!

got my first weigh in tomorrow so i will definitely know then what I have lost so far, but after having a cheeky look at the scales this morning, it tells me that i have lost 7lb already !!

so happy

Wow! Well done! On day 3 and already 7lb.

I'm on day 3 too and finding it so hard! Always cold!! I haven't checked the scales yet! haha Somewhat superstitious, I feel like I need to wait for the way in days!

thankyou! i am so excited, i have my first weigh in tomorrow even though its not a full week, but i am looking forward to trying new meals next week i will keep you updated! i am cold too yes, but thats a good sign apparently! xx
