I need to read more!

For the past 6 months or more I have had a lot of trouble concentrating on the TV. Upgrading from a Sky plus (40 hrs record time) to HD box (80 hrs recording) hasn't helped! I'm usually a total telly addict but more and more I find myself saying why am I watching this rubbish?

The thing about reading more is I will pick up an unread book and then abandon it for something I've read a dozen times lol. 'Comfort reads' I've seen it referred to as- anyone else like this or is it just me?

I do it with Jill Mansell books, proper girlie books. And I agree with the Sky thing - I just find myself watching the same things over and over again. I think I know Friends word for word now!!!!xx
