sainsburys hot & spicy chicken kebabs from the hot meat counter

evening all, im new here but loving reading all the tips, has given me some great ideas for some diffrent meals, well, what i wanted to know is if anyone has any idea how many syns are in the sainsburys hot and spicy chicken kebabs, you get them from the hot meat counter and they are totally scrummy. knowing my luck they are loaded with syns but hoping not because i dont know how im going to give those up,lol. any help would be greatly appreciated

no-one seems to have replied, so my suggestion would be ask the butcher whats in them and how they are cooked. you should be able to judge the syns from that x
