bmi 40 + need doc approval for 810 ?

Hi There,

I am due to start CD Wednesday morning, was 39.7 last week but had a terrible week think its because I told myself no more food from next week.

If I have gone to bmi 40 do you need doctors sign off on 810 ?

i think you can do 1200 without and any lower you will. also if you have any medical issues like high bp and taking tablets then you will the doc to sign to say he/she understands that you are doing this diet.

Yay shouldn't have worried I lost 3.5 lbs before I have even started ... can't wait to get started in the morning
