Sickness bug...

Has anyone had a sickness bug whilst in ketosis? My daughter brought one home from nursery and I caught it and it's made me feel so ill I couldn't believe! My husband caught it too and has been much better off than I've been. I'm guessing it's lack of glycogen stores and so if not eating anything I'm literally running on empty. Am trying to eat had a little soup earlier but can't face anything. Pants weekend!!
