Does anyone know the syn value for Alpen light cereal car in chocolate and fudge? Btw they are yummy! Cheers! X,

All Alpen Light Bars as long as they are definitely the light ones are 3 syns each and you can take 2 as a Hex b too xxx oh and yes they are very yummy xx

Since I started SW I have been having two Alpen Light bars and an apple for breakfast everyday. It fills me up and it feels like a treat!
