Sainsbury high fibre cornflakes?????

sorry to post this again but in a recent thread i was advised that i could try sainsbury high fibre cornflakes - problem is the only ones i can find have the same fibre content as Kelloggs - just keen to know where the person who put the post on knows for sure if they are high in fibre before i use too many sysn - thansk
