i no there 4PP in 120g chicken does that mean there 8PP in 240g of chicken?

I'm not an expert on this - but I would think so.

Ok, just think of it like this hon... Give 1pp for every 40g chicken (raw weight). So 120g is 3pp and 240g is 6pp (as above user has said) x

If we're talking cooked weight, then thats a different story.
