I've most of my weeklies the 6 weeks I've been on and I've lost 3 lb every week.
I run about 12 miles a week and don't eat the activity points so that may help.
Last week I left 18 weeklies and still had the same loss, so I've ate them all this week haha. I get weighed on a Friday then eat them all on that weekend & I'm good all week, chuck in my 12 miles and it's working well.
I think it's trial & error. Good luck.
