Hi, I'm a newbie and wanted to know if anyone has tried hypnotherapy> I'm looking my daughter to go to it because I'm so scared she's not facing the problem. she now has to have a breathing machine because her weight has caused anapnia. Sorry bout the spelling

Hi Kirsty

I have also started slimming world this week and I am really enjoying it - i'm sure we can swap some hits and tips :). Their online recipe resource is brilliant! I have made/tweaked loads of stuff from there already.
