Disappointed

I have just transferred from LL and at the end of my first week I have only lost 2 pounds and am really disappointed as stuck to it 100%:sigh:

Don't worry it will all level out! What you have to think is - you lost 2lbs!!! AMAZING! At least you didn't gain - you are still losing and doing so well! Keep at it hun x

oh, honey - i know it's no consolation, but i've had worse weigh ins than that, and i'm always 100%.

it may be that the new formula has come as a little shock to the system, and your body is retaining water or similar.
