I've been doing really well so far on the 100% diet. Last week I stayed the same but I was doing more exercise and hadn't upped my water intake to compensate, also I have been on for 3 weeks now (have any other ladies had this problem?)
I am now really nervous about getting on the scales in the morning incase I haven't done very well this week. Just SO badly want to lose this weight but now getting nervy over WI days. Once I'm back to losing like I have done previously I'll be better x x x
