rubbish !

Totally bizarre post but has anyone noticed the amount of rubbish they are throwing away since being on ww? I've noticed that I've hardly had any packets ,boxes etc and my bin has 1 bag in it and were a family of 4 !
Probably one of the most boring posts you will ever read

haha...yeah its true. Since I started kinda knowing what I'll eat in a week there is less waste. Most of my foods are now meat and fresh veg so its just the packaging they come in really. x

i have a lot of plastic trays go in my bin bag (we don't get plastics collected where i live) but other then that i don't get a lot of waste ... but my cardboard recycling fills up quite quickly

I have also noticed that i have less rubbish but for a different reason. For the first few weeks of WW, i have decided to simply use the ready meals until i get familiar with the diet and also for convenience as work shifts. Due to this, i have ended up throwing away less fresh veg and fruit which i would normally buy in abundance and never eat. Now i just buy a small amount and use it with the ready meals. Less rubbish but a different reason

p.s. this post isn't boring
