Search out an old post Id made rather than start another altho no-one answered me last time round lol I also did a search but vod hind anything relevant. Apologies if there is & Ive missed it. (Terrified of a telling off if I've posted in wrong section etc)
We went to Di Maggios today & I had the minestrone soup which was described as vegetable, bean & tomato based soup no pasta in it (I alway thought minestrone had) Any ideas if that'd be free or should I syn it? Thanks

Just re-read last months mag & there in black & white on page 26-27 Eat Out and Slim under talking Italian - 'minestrone soup is a good option' yeah maybe finally Im getting the hang of my long term goal which is to change my eating habits rather than thinking I'm on a diet. In the past I wld have thought sod it Im out for lunch Im gonna go for it but today I realised I can still make great sw green plan choices & still have a lovely time. I can go to bed tonight knowing that Ive stuck to plan. Roll on tmrws a.m weigh in.
