hello,
I would like some help haha I have never ever done red or green days but today i think could be a green day if im correct!
Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (one healthy extra B), 250ml semi skimmed milk (one healthy extra A), banana
Snacks - raspberries, banana, apple, curly wurly (6 syns)
Dinner - Pasta and sauce cheese and brocolli with alot of added brocolli
Tea - Im not too hungry so just had a bowl of pasta
I think i need another healthy extra B?
