More water = bigger losses???

Yep... thats right.... although the upper limit is 4 litres hun!!! You can drink TOO much water!!!

If your exercising... have some extra water hun... as according to LT if you become dehydrated because of exercise you will hold some water... x
 
Thanks on my 3rd litre so far and I always take litre to spin with me. Haven't even had tea yet so I'll def be over 4 litres today just hope can stay motivated to get through week one!
 
You will.... any problems come on here!!! Its great!! You can lose hours lol... Hang on in there!!! Its SOOOO worth it!!

I dunno id question the water thing... there have been days where ive only drank 2 litres and next morning lost 2lb then days ive drank 3-4 litres lost nothing.... i think aslong as you drink 2litres plus i think ure ok.
