Just made a fitness pal and not sure how to use it? If someone could tell me what they use it for id appricate it

You just put in your goals and it works out how many calories you should be eating a day to reach those goals. Then it makes it really easy for you to enter what you are eating as most things are already in the database. Just search for it and add it to your diary
