Hiya if you do make it could you pm me how to make it please would love to have this with my cd crisps xx

Well being half Greek and a hummus lover myself I dont think tahini is ok, 1. it is made from sesame = oil and we arent allowed that!, 2. tahini also involves lemon juice and we arent allowed that either!

Try putting the chickpeas in a blender with about 100g fat free yoghurt and then sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top - not exactly hummus but yummy and great for a dip.

Oh yeah if you also sprinkle a small amount of very finely chopped corriander, it gives it a nice zingyness (is that even a word) :)

Hello, well I had gorgeous hummus for tea :) Not sure its 100% cd though so don't anyone copy my bad example lol!
I blended chickpeas with garlic and added a teaspoon of tahini and a teaspoon of cumin, was actually delish!! I figured the tahini may not be 100% ok but shouldn't take me out of ketosis so decided to stick a blob in and cross my fingers. Had that with cucumber sticks and it was really delish. Only problem is I ate that about 5 and am starving now lol, should have saved half.

Thanks for the tips ladies x

Sure lemon juice is listed for 810 plan.

Yep! Squirt of lemon juice on 810! Towards the middle to bottom or the blurb.

It is? Im going to check my manual, Im sure some things are 'lost in translation'! Never mind, Ive never been a fan of lemon juice, Im sure my CDC said I cant have lemon juice, because of the citric acid.......hmmm Im going to ask her on Monday

Yep it says "even a squirt of lemon juice" in the picture above. 5 lines from the bottom. This is the new cd book the one that looks like a ring binder type (a5 size).

I made it with the chickpeas and yoghurt,it was really nice had it with cd crisps,i only ate half(makes a great big bowl) the idea was to have it over a couple of days my little boy loved it and ate the rest.Im going to make this for partys adding some garlic as its healthy and tastes much better than shop bought dips! x

What are cd crisps? I'm on step 3lbs now so could even have the squirt of lemon juice! X
