Weeks 5,6,and 7.......

Hi guys,

Haven't posted my weightloss for 3 weeks as i've been up and down.
In the last 3 weeks i've lost 11lbs but i think that is due to to a spell in hospital. Now awaiting an operation to have my gall bladder removed.
I have been instucted by the health professionals to carry on with my weightloss with exante, so people it has their approval.

Oh Hun that's terrible. How are you feeling now? How long do you have to wait for the op?

Well one good thing to come out of it is the consultant said under no circumstances eat fatty foods or it could bring on another attack/infection and the pain is worse than childbirth, so that really has put me off. I have to have an MRI scan soon then see the consultant again to discuss a date for the op. It's looking like the new year now for the op. Got to get through Xmas without over indulgences, this is going to test me to the limits lol. I've got to do it, can't be in hospital over Xmas because of my lack of self control, it's not fair on my hubby and the kids.

Mandy, gall stone gall bladder pain I's awful, i fully sympathise but the best thing i ever did was to have mine removed!!!!!
You will feel so much better afterwards x

Trying to get back into Exante but finding it a bit hard at the moment but i am eating low fat and low cals so hoping for a loss next week.

I really sympathise with you Mandy.
I ended up having to get my gall bladder out last year but until they discovered what was wrong with me i went through quite a lot of bouts of major pain with gall stones in there. Passed out on some occasions it was so bad.
Worse pain i'd ever had, mind you i've never been through childbirth so can't comment re that.
Being on exante must help though as you'll not be eating any high fat foods which is often what causes the pain as you say.
Such a relief once you get rid of the gall bladder. Hopefully you get a date for your op soon x
