calories in a cup of tea?

I have about 3 cups of tea a day, I don't have a lot of milk in it and I don't drink milk at any other times in the day, how mnay calories should I count this as??

I'm not sure on tea but black coffee is about 5 cals and a 'splash' of milk was estimated at about 100ml so in skimmed milk that comes out at 35 cals so for a white coffee I would say 40 cals. I suspect plain tea is just the same as most people only count the milk and not the tea and coffee itself but I prefer to add the couple of extra cals for it just to be safe.

maybe weight out your "splash" one time, work out cals and use that as a measure?
