I'v done two days!

Hi Guys
I've done two days, and so far so good, i've also done about three and half litres of water each day. Feeling ok at the moment. I cut down on carbs etc before starting so I'm hoping that I won't feel rubbish at work tomorrow. I'm taking it a half stone at time. :)

Welcome to CD and to the joy of Minimins, you will find loads of help and support here - it's certainly got me through the tough times. Well done on your two days, you may have some tough days in the first week but stick with it and the reward will come at your first weigh in.
