Ive just bagged myself a vibration power plate :)

I bidded on a vibration power plate tonight and won it at £36

I will have to record the results...... I will still carry on with my fitness classes but i wanted to boost that by doing something in the morning before work and the weekends when im not at the gym

Does anyone else have or use one, and what do you think?

I only know of friends who've used the ones at the gym, they said they could feel it working.

Ooooo you'll have to let me know how you get on.... I bought one but haven't been on it yet as I wanted to get into the 9's. I'm in them now and I have no excuse but still haven't been on it
