Good morning ladies,
we had some friends round yesterday and although I tried to be good throughout the day and didn't stuff myself at night, I didn't really cook WW-friendly for my friends. I had toast,beans,ham and eggs in the morning. A salad and a pitta for lunch and in the evening I had 3 small pieces of garlic bread and mozarella-tomato salad as a starter, then linguinie with garlic king prawns in white wine and the dessert was very heavy and I had two pieces of it..it was like and italian trifle with loads of cream, ricotta and mascarpone - but I didn't nibble during the day (althoug yes, I had a mueller fruit corner)...so I just write the day off but I tried to start again this morning until I saw the remainder of the dessert in the fridge...wah!! I hat wasting food so I had a piece for breakfast...No idea how many points that is :-( I wanted to cook Jamaican curried goat tonight..so I don't think I will be counting points today .. but I don't want to go overboard...I'm gonna exercise tonight but I wonder what I can do/eat in between to keep the damage as small as possible? 0-points food anyone??
