Uh oh....

Dont worry take the time to read through the book and make sure you know it inside out. This is only your first week so I am sure you will be excused for using the time to get use to the book. You will be fine honest just try and plan what meals you are going to have and make sure you have healthy snacks in and you will be fine.:)
 
AHHHHHHHHHHHH I've done it again- the night before weigh in and for some reason unbeknown to me I have a chinese! Why?! What happens in my brain that makes me do it?! Ugh. So disappointed in myself.

Oh skinny :patback: I have done that loads of times. Its easy for me to say try not to let it worry you but try not to. You may get a little gain this week or hopefully not. I have Chinese once a week on a Thursday night after weigh in and I use flexi syns.:)
 
I put on 2 1/2 pounds so it couldn't have just been the chinese HOWEVER i thought i'd been pretty good this week. A couple of bits here and there but nothing to justify a 2 1/2 pound gain!!! Really annoyed with myself. Now, I could've gone and got another chinese but instead I have decided to become a Slimming World boffin and go free free free! Still, sometimes my motivation/enthusiasm feels a little forced. Blah.

Sorry you had a gain but keep going with the good enthusiasm it keeps you in a better frame of mind and in turn keeps you motivated. If you beat your self up about it you will be more tempted to go and have another Chinese I know this from experience.:D You can do it and if you feel the need to have a chinese have one on the day of your weigh in so you have a week to be really good and eat well. I do that and still lose weight I have a Chinese every thursday after weigh in.:D
 
That's not a bad idea you know, being a bit naughty on the eve of weigh in but then really being 100% the rest of the week. I think that's my problem; denying myself what I want and then totally binging afterwards!

I tried stopping myself from having Chinese and it made me want it even more. This way I can have my chinese on the night after weigh in and take care for the rest of the week.:D
