i need help badly - need motivation for exercise so i was thinkin if we start a team for a bit of healthy competition?
we'll start slow and move up each to week to maybe longer or harder exercise!

I have seen a thread where you strive for x amount of hours exercise each week. One is already established but a new one for new people to join could be an idea :)
