I have some Parma Ham left in the fridge which I have to use today - apart from using it to wrap a stuffed chicken breast, does anyone have any other ideas?? Don't mind counting it as a half a syn per slice though.
I fry mine and make them into crispy strips, then scatter over salad and or over tomato-based stews/casseroles. You might be able to get away with no oil/just Fry Light but I just use 1/2 tsp of oil (1 syn) for the lot, I can do an entire packet that way. They're FABULOUS when they're all crispy. Bit like eating healthy crackling!
