Ok, so twas my birthday yesterday and I decided to have a meal off plan. This morning my scales show a 1 lbs gain (only since yesterday wi, still a 3lbs loss for week) so my question...
Is that it, damage done, or will my weight loss also slow down because of my meal. Id like to lose another lbs or 2 by monday, which would normally be achievable but just wondered if that was more unlikely now?
Ps, not particularly worried either way, just something I'd like to know for future ref. If it makes a difference, I think I'm still in ketosis x
