Hi,

I wondered if anyone could tell me what the syns are for Asda Smartprice Mayonnaise?

Nutritional values per 100g:-

493 kcal
Protein 0.6g
Carbs 8g, of which sugars 3.5g
Fat 51g, of which saturates 4.1g
Fibre - nil
Sodium 0.58g

largest ingredient - vegetable oil

Is all the information that is needed?

You don't even need all that info as there is no free food allowance it is a straight 1 syn per 20 cals so 25 syns per 100g

Remember it only works for foods without a free food allowance

How do you know if a food has a free food allowance, is that based on the largest ingredient in the food?
