How much water with flavouring?

Hi, I normally have about 2.5 litres of water, 1 of these litres is with the berry water flavour. I'd like to try and drink a bit more and I know I can't have all my water allowance with the flavouring but could I have x2 litres with flavouring and x1 without? I'm not quite sure what the guidance on how much flavouring per day is.

the guidance is in this thread, but i know that lots of people have more than this. I'd guess it would depend how fragile your ketosis is.
